DMCA / Copyright takedown
If you believe content on Nypko infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@nypko.com. The notice should include: (i) the work claimed to have been infringed; (ii) the URL of the infringing material on Nypko; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (v) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond within the timeframes required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c).

Worldwide (online service). Nypko is an online personal project and does not maintain a physical storefront. If postal mail is required (for example, formal legal service), please email legal@nypko.com first so we can discuss the appropriate channel.
